Ronald ("Ro") Wietecha

I am a highly experienced legal professional with a strong background in public procurement, managing legal offices, and providing training and advice on compliance with various laws across multiple countries, focusing on solving problems and managing reputational, legal and programmatic risk while efficiently achieving organizational objectives.

 

My expertise is in matters relating to employment law, international labor and employment compliance, agreement drafting, review, and negotiation. I have extensive experience in the areas of public and private construction contracting, Clean Water Act, environmental law, administrative law, and government contracts and federal assistance. Before becoming a lawyer, I was a high school teacher in California and served as a Peace Corps volunteer.
