I have more than 20 years of legal experience, both in the United States and internationally. I have successfully advised clients on compliance, partnerships, and transactional and governance matters. My expertise spans grants and international agreements with a focus on legal risk, litigation management, negotiations, and employment law. I also bring supervisory experience and a background in non-profits, NGOs, and large firm litigation, having worked for more than 10 years at O'Melveny & Myers.
